1. 1 cup of mixed frozen berries (I used Trader Joe's Berry Medley)
2. 1 cup of Spinach
3. 1/2 cup of Almond Milk (I used Califia Farms Vanilla)
4. 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds
1. Place all ingredients in a smoothie mixer until blended well. For 1-serving smoothies, I use my Hamilton Beach's Single-Serve Blender. I'd like to note that I wasn't paid to promote this product. I genuinely think that this is a great blender, especially if you're in a rush in the morning. The blender includes a to-go lid.
