Egg Salad


Serving: 3

Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs 
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/4 cup of diced scallion
1/2 cup of stalk of sliced celery 
Salt to taste

Directions
1. Place the eggs in a bowl and chop to desired texture 
2. Mix the mayonnaise with the eggs 
3. Gently stir in the scallions, celery and salt 
4. Keep refrigerated until use. Enjoy!
