Zucchini Fries

Serving: 8
1. 6 Zucchinis 
2. 2 egg whites
3. 1/2 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
4. 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
5. 1/4 teaspoon of salt
6. 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
7. 1/2 cup of milk

1. Pre heat oven to 425 degress
2. Slice zucchini into 1/3" slices
3. Pour into a bowl of flour
4. In a separate bowl mix egg whites and milk
5. Then dip zucchini into mixture
6. Once zucchinis are coated in the liquid mixture, dip into a bowl of breadcrumbs
7. Lay out on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray
8. Lay out zucchinis on tray, and sprinkle salt and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
9. Spray the top of the zucchini with cooking spray
10. Put in the oven for 10 minutes
10.  Take out and flip all of the zucchini over and then pour the rest of your parmesan cheese.
11.  Put back in the oven for 10 minutes, or take out when golden brown.
