Banana Bread

Serving: 8
Ingredients
1. 2 cups of flour
2. 1 teaspoon of baking soda
3. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
4. 1/2 cup of margarine
5. 1 cup of brown sugar
6. 2 eggs
7. 5 large ripe bananas (mashed)

Directions
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan
3. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt
4. In a separate bowl, combine the margarine and brown sugar
5. Add if eggs and mashed bananas
6. Pour dry ingredients into liquid mixture. Mix.
7. Pour batter  into pan and bake for about 60-70 minutes
8. Cool for about 20 minutes before serving.

  4. I tried making banana bread with whole wheat flour this past weekend and it came out so dry so I'm excited to try this recipe out!

    For the 4 bananas, I'm guess-estimating that comes out to about 2 cups worth when mashed?
